As we sell all over the world our shipping is calculated by Australia Post based on the dimensions and weight of the item.

Although we try our best to get things right sometimes there may be an error in the weight or dimensions in the system resulting in a postage rate that may be too high, if you feel the postage rate is high, contact us or make us an offer on the over-all price.

As we specialise in second-hand items and collectables there is no warranty to speak of from the manufacturer of the item, however we do warrant that the items are listed accurately in terms of their title and description and being fit for the purpose they are intended for.  If the item can be operated we warrant that the item is in working order unless otherwise specified.

We do pride ourselves on the accuracy of our listings in terms value, however the market is changing all the time, sometimes prices may drop since we listed it and other times our researchers may be off the mark. 

If you like an item and feel we may have got the price wrong contact us by making an offer with reasons why you feel the price ought to be lower and we will consider it. 

We also don't mind haggling,  so if you would like to negotiate a better deal there is no harm in asking.   No reasonable offer would be refused.
